Institute Grounds A massive area surrounding the Institute where the mutants can be themselves and enjoy fun recreational activities. The basketball court is a popular hang out, as is the Olympic-sized swimming pool. A separate garage houses the private vehicles of the X-Men and a workshop for repairs. Sub Basement A hi-tech headquarters built beneath the Institute. Generally used by the X-Men for planning missions, as well as holding dangerous enemies, Cerebro, and an advanced medical facility. Danger Room Built into the sublevels of the Institute, the Danger Room is a training facility that focuses on learning teammwork and control of their mutant abilities. With technology far beyond that of most of the world, the Danger Room contains a hologram projector to advance the sessions with real world environments. Moderator: Cyclops |

Boarding House Interior The boarding house was once the home of an old english family that land and title in the old world. Purchased recently by the Brotherhood, it has been remodeled and updated. Nearly a dozen bedrooms, some of which are large enough to house two people, a decent kitchen and rec room, the mutants who have come to the boarding house find it to be comfortable living. |

House Grounds While not as large or lavish as the ground of the Xavier Institute, the property around the House of M is enough for the residents. Privacy fences provide protection for the outside world. There is even a modest size swimming pool and garden in the back. |

Brotherhood HQ Using stolen technology from Genosha before the fall, the surviving members of the Brotherhood has established a secret headquarters in the tunnels beneath the boarding house. Only fully fledged members know of it's existence. From here they plot their schemes and keep an eye on the X-Men. Moderator: Mystique |
